Four common reasons for insufficient exhaust volume and low pressure of screw air compressors:
1. Leakage. The yin and yang rotors of the screw and the rotor and the shell are not in contact during operation, and a certain gap is maintained, so gas leakage will occur, resulting in a reduction in exhaust volume.
2. Speed. The exhaust volume of a screw air compressor is proportional to the speed, and the speed will change with the change of voltage and frequency. When the voltage decreases/the frequency decreases, the exhaust volume will also decrease.
3. Inhalation state. When the suction temperature of the screw air compressor rises or the suction pipe resistance is too large, the exhaust volume will also decrease;
4. Unsatisfactory cooling effect will also lead to reduced exhaust volume;
The above are the main reasons for insufficient exhaust volume of screw air compressors. In order to effectively solve this kind of problem, we need to further analyze the causes of the above four failures.
1. The air filter is blocked, resulting in a reduction in air intake. The function of the air filter is to ensure the cleanliness of the gas. If it is blocked, it will not only cause unsatisfactory heat dissipation of the machine, but also reduce the exhaust volume.
Solution: Clean the air filter or replace the filter element, and regularly perform maintenance on the unit.
2. The oil-gas separator filter is blocked, resulting in low exhaust volume. Replace the oil-gas separator filter regularly.
3. Failure of the pressure regulator results in reduced exhaust volume.
4. Intake valve failure leads to insufficient exhaust volume and low pressure. Check regularly and repair any problems found in time.
5. Pipeline leakage. Check each pipeline and if any leakage is found, handle it in time.
6. Motor failure or bearing wear is also a reason for insufficient exhaust volume and low pressure of the air compressor.
