Brief Introduction of SAP Linear Twin Screw Extruder
The SAP linear twin-screw main unit is an efficient and reliable core component of screw air compressors, which is widely used in various industrial fields. Its principle is to achieve air compression through the change of the tooth groove volume of the yin and yang rotors. The motor drives the yang rotor. When the tooth groove space of the yin and yang rotors turns to the opening of the inlet end wall, its space increases, so that the outside air is sucked into it. When the inlet side end face of the rotor turns away from the inlet port, the air between the tooth grooves is enclosed between the yin and yang rotors and the casing. As the rotor angle changes, the enclosed volume gradually decreases, and the air is compressed. The compressed air is discharged through the exhaust port to complete the entire compression process.
